I completed the on-line version of the The Enclaria Fundamentals of Influencing Change at Work over 5 weeks in March – April 2019. It is a very good and comprehensive course on change management and introduced some new concepts and ideas into my change management repertoire. The course is well structured, really brings the Change Toolkit to life and helps in its practical application. The action learning approach of having a change project to work through over the was particularly beneficial. I found great benefit in attending the course sessions live despite the challenging time difference (3am – 5am in Australia – thank goodness for flexible working and the ability to start late the following day!). I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to discuss issues with fellow professionals from around the world. When I was unable to attend the live sessions, the recordings still allowed for learning and reflection. Thank you Heather for an excellent and well-facilitated course.
